Pleiades
The Seven Sisters: hot blue stars in a faint reflection nebula.
The Pleiades, also called the Seven Sisters or Messier 45, is a cluster of young, hot blue stars. Six or seven are easy to see without a telescope, and the cluster has hundreds more members.
The stars are around 100 million years old, young for stars. The wispy blue haze around them is a dust cloud the cluster happens to be passing through, lit up by their light, rather than the cloud they were born from.
